Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Do We Have Enough (“DWHE,” “the Service”), operated by JLOOP (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service.

1. Information we collect

  • Email address and name — used to invite you to events and send email notifications.
  • Mobile phone number — only if you choose to opt into SMS alerts and verify your number.
  • Event and RSVP data — event details, your RSVP status, guest counts, and notification preferences.
  • Technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service (for example IP address and timestamps).

2. How we use information

  • Operate events: invitations, RSVPs, status (gathering / ON / OFF), and related emails
  • Send SMS invites and alerts only after you opt in on an event Notification settings page
  • Process SMS replies such as IN, OUT, 50, HELP, and STOP
  • Verify phone numbers via one-time codes or successful RSVP replies
  • Honor unsubscribe / STOP requests
  • Maintain, secure, and improve the Service

3. SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to text alerts, we use your phone number to send automated messages about events you are invited to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS. Reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with SMS delivery providers solely to transmit messages you requested (currently Twilio) and as required by law.

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the Service, including:

  • Email delivery providers that send transactional mail on our behalf
  • SMS providers (currently Twilio) that deliver text messages you opted into — for message delivery only
  • Other invitees / hosts as appropriate for the event (for example names and RSVP status shown on the event page, subject to limited-visibility settings). Event pages do not display your mobile phone number to other invitees.
  • When required by law or to protect the Service and our users

We do not sell personal information. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

5. Retention

We keep event and contact data as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request removal of your contact information by emailing us; some records may be retained where required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from event or all emails via links in our messages
  • Disable SMS preferences on the event Notification settings page
  • Reply STOP to cancel SMS alerts
  • Contact us to update or delete your information where feasible
